I do not think my agent that has helped me through the process of a broken macbook has treated me right, what number could I call to try and have a second opinion? Thank you!

The keyboard's keys 'F','R', and '4' keys don't work after reinstalling the whole OS, repairing permissions, etc.

On the order number, it says I am receiving a basic white macbook. I do not want that. I will get it straightened out, and update it.
