Is it possible to revert from 10.5.2 to an earlier update since my other computers can't connect to my AEBS. i connect for about 1 second and then lose connection and never reconnects.

Either restore from a backup or put in your Leopard disk and install the OS again.
Before doing that try this (from a guide thread): Go to "Library\Preferences\SystemConfiguration" and move "com.apple.airport.preferences.plist" to the trash, then restart.

I just did a clean install and let TM pull all my apps/settings/docs back. Works well.

i saw that post psyhco and I looked at my library but i dont seem to have that extension and i dont have time machine set up. and if do a new install that means i lose everything i have on the imac and start over?

Still back everything up, but an Archive & Install should get you back to your original OS release without losing anything. 🙂
