numbersyx macrumors 65816 Original poster Feb 15, 2008 #1 Anyone else had this problem? Trying to connect the new PS3 to my home network and after I've put in my network settings the PS3 finds the SSID and tries to get an IP address but fails to do so and times out.... Any clues on how to fix this?

S Shua macrumors regular Feb 16, 2008 #3 No issues. not B-casting SSID. It found my AP and asked for my SSID and after it was entered it hasn't had a single issue since.

numbersyx macrumors 65816 Original poster Feb 16, 2008 #4 Now fixed it. Had to go into my Airport settings and change the IP Address management to Issue Public IP Address... It works..
