I found this and solved my problem :)
"Nevermind after searching via SSH I found the fix:
I have searched everywhere for the webclips fix for 1.1.3 and still nothing.
Basically when you try to add a website in safari to your home screen you get this error:
"Could not add this page to the home screen because an error occurred"
But!.. there is good news! I have found the fix and its quite simple really.
SSH to: /private/var/mobile/Library/
Right click on the folder: "WebClips" and change the Chmod permission from 755to 777
then hit "OK"
Thats it!.. Now enjoy your webclips! without getting that error."
