ANyone used Macofalltrades?

Hi, my iBook dual-USB broke and I was thinking of buying a use powerbook G3 Lomabrd 333mhz from Mac of All Trades (http://macofalltrades.com/). Has anyone used them before and does anyone know if $399 is a reasonable price? thanks.

My friend bought a 500Mhz iBook from them recently and the CD-R drive failed after 4 weeks. They promply replaced the drive for free and the service turnaround was very quick! I've heard other good comments about them as well.

I bought a laptop from them a year or so ago...the had mis id'd the model. Their customer service was very inconsiderate and rude, although they did take it back and pay for the return shipping. In general I think their prices are inflated...but then again, so are macresq's and powermax.
