Am I capable of using Software Update to update my OS 10.2.8 into a 10.3? Or do I have to buy Panther with money?

Ha! I pulled a fast one at the Apple Store... I gave them shells soaked in regular ol' human blood!

Speaking of software update, is anyone else getting iMovie/iPhoto in their update even though they have the latest versions of both?
