Handbrake trouble

I am using Handbrake to encode the show How I Met Your Mother and am going episode by episode and the first 2 came out great but now for the 3rd one its only encoding like 3-7 minutes of the episode no matter which episode I choose . . . Does anybody know what the problem could be?

I had a similar problem ripping an episode of Bewitched from a DVD my sister had copied for me. Nothing I tried to rip from that disc got farther than 7-8 minutes. Everything worked fine on other discs (factory-recorded, that is). I thought it might have to do with "copied" DVDs, so I'm looking for an explanation, too.

If you don't have the latest version (0.9.1) that might solve your problem. Go to the Handbrake forum http://forum.handbrake.fr/ Maybe you can find an answer there.

its really weird cause with full length movies and even other things i've encoded there are no problems at all?
