Macbook clicker screwed up?

I just sat down to surf on my Macbook and right away I noticed whenever I click my clicker (The thing below the pointer mover thing) it has some kind of double clicker sound? I have a wireless mighty mouse and I hardly ever even use it. I tried to today because I was holding my macbook and that's what I noticed it.

Do any of you have any experience with this? It happens more so when I click on the left side of the clicker.

Does it work normally or is it really double-clicking?
If so, did you check if maybe your battery is bulging?
