I have a G4 450 Mhz AGP tower at work. Last year, with the announcement of Quartz Extreme in Jaguar, I upgraded the video card from the original ATI Tage 128 to an nVidia GeFORCE 2MX with 32 MB vRAM. It worked perfectly with Jaguar with no need for drivers/software. I installed Panther today, and now there are severe video/display problems: windows do not redraw properly when moved, Safari does not re-draw when scrolling, and using a standard VGA CRT it will only work at 800x600. Does anyone have any ideas? I tried looking for a driver, but the nVidia website is not very helpful, again, any suggestions?

you are getting left behind. 2mx32 mb card is getting weak.

But, this is just a work G4. I have a new 17 1.25 iMac at home. I would love to upgrade the G4, but my employer will not cough up the money for it, and barely paid for 10.3. Anyway, I really need the speed bump Panther gives the G4, but not at the cost of faulty graphics...

A simple search on the Apple knowledge base yielded this (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=25582)

Hope this helps you.

I read the KB article, and went to the nVidea link, but I could only find Windows, Linux and FreeBSD drivers. No Mac OS X options. I'll try calling nVidia. Thanks!
