Sim City 4

I hated the original Sim City. I got it for five dollars at some sale at CompUSA. I recently bought Sim City 4, and i just... HATE IT. It stinks, it's not fun or addictive, and it's like impossible to win.... ugh.

Addicted to the original back in 1990 and every version since. This one, I'll admit, is my least favourite, but it is still good. I don't quite understand your gripe, since there is not supposed to be a way to "win" - the game jsut goes on and on.
