I stumbled upon Guster by accident while browsing the iTMS (never heard of them before). Ended up downloading their "Keep It Together" album. Excellent songwriting. Very cool stuff.

They're playing in San Francisco on Nov. 7th... I'm thinking of going.

Guster is awesome! I saw them play this past summer in Pittsburgh. The venue I saw was pretty small and intimate, making the show that much better.

Did you know that the drummer plays most of the songs with his bare hands? Including songs on the trap set? It's insane.

You outta check out some of Guster's older stuff, 'cause they won't play exclusively new stuff at the show. Definitely check out the show.

Guster is great. I remember seeing Guster back a few years ago when John Mayer opened for them. I was there to see Mayer when he was Atlantas' little gift but walked away with Gusters CD and a new favorite. I recommend 'Lost and Gone Forever' which 'Fa fa' is off of, it is by far their best album. And their drummer is amazing to see live, his hands are bleeding after one set

I've seen Guster's name tossed about for quite some time, but never heard their stuff. I'll go listen to the sample, but just in case it's not representative, can anyone name some bands they resemble? i.e. "If you like X, you'll like Guster?"

Go to www.guster.com, click on "Multimedia," and listen to some of their songs in full.

Personally, I prefer Keep It Together to Lost and Gone Forever, but I enjoy both.

Guster is my favorite band, but Fa Fa is probably my least favorite song by them.

As for Albums, It probably goes (for me): Parachute, Keep it Together, Lost and Gone Forever, then Goldfly.

They kick ass... I wish I could catch a concert of them here in NY, but whenever there is one I'm not around

Oh well...

I saw Guster here in Salt Lake City a couple years ago. It was a really fun concert. Keep It Together is my favorite by them, and Lost and Gone Forever is good too, although Fa Fa is my favorite song by them.

I downloaded one of their songs from iTunes as one of my Pepsi cap winners. It was a remake of a Violent Femmes songs. Had never heard of them before, but I'm a fan now. iTunes it great for discovering new music.
