Problems importing, very important, please help!!

So i'm not to sure what is going on. My significant other has a Motorola Razr V3m. Yesterday it just stopped working. It just goes to a blue screen with a Moto symbol and says "BOOTLOADER USB INIT". He wanted an iPhone anyway, since I have one and an ATT plan, so he got one. My problem is how can I get the contacts off the Razr since it seems to be having some kind of firmware problem. I want to get the contacts into address book or something so they can be put on the iPhone. When I use BitPim it won't recognize the phone, but it will recognize an old working Razr that I have. If anyone knows anything please help! There is a couple hundred contacts on the phone and he is doing alot of important Real Estate deals this month and does not have the numbers backed up (idiot, LOL!).
