I just looked at the online store and they're still going for $179. I'm not sure if that's showing under a educational discount because that's the price with the discount. I was thinking of buying one but I've read mixed reviews about it.

I would assume that's the old non-gigabit model.

A gigabit refurb is only $149 - get it while it lasts.
