No video on .mov in Safari

Anytime I try to play a quicktime movie in Safari I get audio but no video. I have repaired permissions, downloaded the newest version of quicktime and Safari. Still nothing. What could be the problem?

Edit: Oh, forgot to mention, .mov files play fine in Camino.
