Ah, the good old iMac G5 introduction ad song.

Except they used the radio-friendly 'Let's Get it Started' version.

Would have been pretty cool if they promoted the iMac G5 with the slogan, 'let's get retarded'. Very un-PC though.

I learned the bassline for that song awhile back - it's pretty funky.

I don't want to hate...I'm generally not a Black Eyed Peas fan. But I like the radio edit of this song. It's one of those ones where I got to know it long before I knew the album version or even that it was a Black Eyed Peas song.... And so I like the radio version just fine.

Actually on a similar vein, I just got the Whisper Song, and the dirty version is okay, but I'm so used to it with the moans in place of the bad words (and I'd never heard the dirty version) that now I wish I'd just bought the clean version. :o

Oooh. I always thought "Let's Get Retarded" was someone doing a parody of "Lets Get Things Started." I don't listen to Black Eyed Peas but I heard Started a lot of times, and just recently heard Retarded and just assumed that was the case.
