So with this kit i would be able to play music through my TV from a new iPod Touch? AND it would let me watch movies that i have put on my ipod through a TV ? I just need the a stereo tele eh? Something with a audio left, right and video correct?
Just making sure i know exactly what it does and how it will function before i say 'I'll Take it!"
Thanks

I'm not sure, but I don't think the older docks such as this one support video out on the iPod Touch. It works with my 5th Gen and 5.5 Gen iPods as well as my iPod Classic.

Hrmmmm... I would like to figure that out, becasue hopefully sometime soon i will be selling my 30gb video in favour of a 16gb or 32gb touch (depending on this magic price drop that might occur) and i would really like to be able to just pop a video off it since i dont have a DVD burner, but i do have mac the ripper and Handbrake...
Does anyone know if this Universal AV dock will play video from the new Ipod Touch?
Thanks!

I somehow remember that they don't but don't take my word for it.
EDIT: Reviews on Amazon say it doesn't work with the iPhone or the iPod touch.

I would verify it, but I believe this dock will not work for video out on anything made after 3rd or 4th quarter of last year, when Apple began using the authentication chip for audio out on all iPods and the iPhone.
I'm sure there's something on their Web site about it if you look hard enough.
