My Air rocks back and forth

I've tried putting my new Mackbook Air on different flat surfaces and it does not sit flat on all 4 rubber legs in all cases. I can rock the laptop slightly from left front corner to right back corner. I'm new to Macs, so is this considered a defect and how do I go about trying to fix it as it is very annoying? Take it back to the apple store?

i would take it back to the apple store because you paid alot of money for the product and it not upto your standards.I am sure they will replace it for you or they might just replace the bottom ?
