Hey, I don't know if this is possible, but is there any way to add the same artwork for all tracks under the same album by adding that artwork to just like the album or to just one of the songs in the album without adding it to every single track that is under that album? I just ask this because it seems to take forever when adding the artwork to multiple tracks and thought that it would also save space

thanks!

I wouldn't worry about space when adding Art to your songs -- the image files are generally very small.

Have you tried selecting all the songs that you want to add the Art to and then pasting the image into the Album Art space (bottom left of iTunes). This is how I do it and have never had an issue.

You can do this or select all the songs from the album and :apple:+I, then paste the album in the bottom right area for album art. Either way works. However, if you do it without going into the info you'll find that it doesn't replace existing artwork, it just adds. By doing :apple:+I and placing it there it overrides anything that was there before. Just something I've noticed. :)

THANK YOU! Going back in and removing the old artwork has always been a pain in the butt.

Anyone know of any tools that can import lyrics? I think this new feature is pretty neat on the iPod Touch, I've added lyrics to a few songs, but yeah, not doing that manually to several thousande songs.

I wish I could do the same with lyrics as well. Problem is, the only scripts I've found only search the internet for the lyrics, then you have to copy and paste the ones you want. I'd rather have the hit-or-miss style of automatically retrieving and I'll correct if needed.

Hey!
I already knew how to do this and I do it and im not sure if it's because of thet bot now, when I use like the coverflow view, i sometimes get the same artwork like three times. I could fix this by putting the same album name in all three but now i can't and i kinda hate how it looks... if u cn help id appreciate it, (already tried putting the same genre, doesnt work)

If one of the songs is "Part of a compilation" then this will happen. iTunes basically thinks that some of the songs belong to a compilation which supersedes the album title.

Yep in my case you can also add the album art to say, the first song and then in coverflow it will show the whole album with that album art. Although I reccomend adding it to all songs, if you transfer it to an iPod for say you only see the album art on the first song. The time is worth it!

 Sorry, I didn't really understand.. are you saying that if I select a lot of songs and add the artwork this is going to happen? Or that if I put artwork to one Song and then copy it and paste it on the rest this is going to happen? If I add the artwork from the internet to each song, will this not happen?
