Oh, I'm an idiot. The quality is fairly good, yes. The keyboards are a tad softer than the old IBM mdels, but they're still just as good.

lol.. ya, it means for the win. hahah. I do the same thing as you, as I have a glass desk also which makes wire management a critical thing to do.

This is my first ever post on MacRumors and this is my first ever Mac that i've had and i love it!
I'm also still using my vista based laptop. I can have both the Mac and the LT linked up to a secondary screen for dual monitor use. I'm using a small Belkin device that allows me to share the keyboard and mouse as well as the screen with both computers.
See Sig for details and specs of whats on show.
Hope you like the set-up please comment on what you think.

Looks like a pretty sweet setup... and I like the Leopard desktop. Hopefully he was talking about your vista one instead.

Number One is the southernmost point in Canada. Number Two is an album featuring recordings of sound to be played back through speakers.
Where are your other billion Macs? Can you get them together for a group shot?
its funny cause its the most southern part in cont. usa

DANWhat belkin device are you using? I may have to invest in it, as my two keyboards and mice get in the way lol

Its call Belkin Switch2 - you can get it to go with usb or ps/2 mouse/keyboard and also if it has audio support e.g you can be using one of your comps whilst you listen to music though your speakers on the other.
Very good product.

Not at all. To make sure it doesn't get too hot, though, I purchased the Elevator. It really helps with air flow.
no speakers?
I have a pretty nice speaker bar for the monitor that just wasn't attached in the picture. Other than that, though, I normally use headphones.

Oh so it's just a KVM switch. I think I misunderstood what it did.

What's your situation? A laptop and a desktop? If you use an external keyboard with your laptop and use it on the same desk as your desktop this could be a good solution for you.

Updated shots with a better camera and new room layout.
Just waiting for my 5.1 system for the tv... should be in the mail today. And missing from the panorama shot is my KRK RP10 sub, it died on me :( Hopefully warranty will cover it.

Bowzer! Glad to see your living well since your first setup post (in that tiny attack). Good show!
I see you also left the Denons as well and back to SWEET OL' Vinyl! My friend swears by them. Have you gotten to play with Torq yet?! I'm shocked at what it can do and that its caused a NEW paradigm for DJ's :D (also supports VST's :O ).
I'm really curious to know what your software layout is & any specific codecs you use (or drivers in PC terms for new audio support) for the Mac. I just got a new desk and I'm considering getting rid of this 5yr old Dell PC before it does it itself ;). A MBP looks more like my future purchase shortly or an iMac. Are you using any interface or box connector for that Mixer to your Mac?
Thanks again.
PS: Close friends of mine just had our maiden night upening "House Your Body Thursday's" here in Toronto and it did pretty well. If we're smart with a bit of luck all on-top of hard work then it'll do JUST fine ... and an invite should happen in due time, the boyz from Ottawa gotta show us how its done. DJ IronMike dropped an insane set :D

Nice setup wedgeseven clean and simple. Now you've spent most of your money on a apple monitor you should get the new keyboard looks and feels sooo much better then the old one.
