I discovered that you can raise and lower the sound volume in iTunes by moving 2 fingers on the trackpad right & left :p

I am sorry if its old news, but its my first mac so bear with me
and if you are interested then add your discoveries..

I think all know those for the images already ;)

1) Safari Scroll page up/down = Move 2 fingers up/down
2) Safari Page Back/Forward = Move 3 fingers right/left
3) iTunes Volume up/down = Move 2 fingers right/left

I just discovered that 3 fingers up and down will cycle through email messages when in mail.
Using touch pads on other laptops is very annoying now that I am spoiled by my Air!!!

So true. I just passed my 3 months old Black Macbook to my gf last night. She is new to OSX so I need to give her a little teaching. When I was using the trackpad it feels kinda non-responsive to me already :p ANd not to mention when I came across some Dell notebooks at work

Do I have to change a setting for the iTunes volume 2 finger thing to work? Doesn't seem to work for me.

No it just works without changing anything but make sure that the iTunes is focused!

I wonder since Camino is a cocao app, if support for finger gestures will come out for. I use Camino almost all the time.

Thank you for this, it's great!
How come neither pages, keynote or numbers have any multi touch awareness? You'd think Apple would have provided an update...

yes..3 finger swiping is usable in Camino...and using MultiClutch from one of the thread, you basically can do most of the browsing from the touchpad...

As someone else mentioned, MultiClutch does a pretty good job. It allows you to add other apps too. Great idea... I hope the developer gets another Air as his got stolen.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the new multi touch gestures. It makes browsing on a notebook SO MUCH EASIER! Thanks for the three finger tip.

I have to agree. I thought they were gimmicky when I first read about it, but it is incredibly intuitive and helpful!
