Just wanted to know whose watching.

Totality is reached at 9:01pm cst and should last until 9:51pm cst.

This should be visible around 9pm in Chicago. Supposed to be clear.

Wednesday's total eclipse phase will last nearly an hour. It will begin around 7 p.m. on the West Coast and 10 p.m. on the East Coast. West Coast skygazers will miss the start of the eclipse because it occurs before the moon rises.

what a gyp. it's not as cool as the last one (it was bloody red the last time). didn't take any pics myself because of the ones floating around and just wasn't too interested.
