Battery full charge question

I had thought I saw a thread for this before but now I can't find it (and I never read it before)...

My MBA never gets to 100% charged. The plug icon shows charged but the % shows 97 or 98% charged. Is this normal?

I'm not too worried about missing out on that extra 2-3% of charge but this is after a week of use and I want to make sure that in a few months the computer doesn't think that 85-90% is a full charge.

I'm not talking about battery health (though maybe that is what I'm seeing as I'm at 99% health), but the icon in the upper right hand corner showing 98% and the plug showing charged.

The battery will not charge if it is already charged above 95%. Thats why the light is green and the charge stays the same.

Its just what they do. No worries.
