Does the iPhone read password protected PDF's files?

When I click the attachment in mail it appears blank...but when I do it to the same file on my iMac it asks for the password.

If you were able to open the file I really doubt he'd be saying anything since this thread wouldn't exist!

And if you were able to open the PDF you wouldn't have posted the thread, surely? :s

"Yes", I suppose. I would have tested it myself but I was "busy" at school when I posted that.

Might be a good feature. Write to apple.com/feedback

Download goodreader lite, it's free, you can go into "web documents", "browse the web" and download the doc in the app. Once it's finished downloading you can click on it to open then it will ask for the password.

I couldn't find a free version of GoodReader, but I found PDFReaderLite (it is free), and it opened my password protected pdf. It even links up to my Dropbox acct!
