Install Retail Tiger on G3 or G4

I am looking to install Tiger onto a G3 or a G4, I have the retail DVD but the problem is that I don't have a DVD drive on the older machines. What can I do to get it installed onto the older mac?
 
Aloha cmcconkey,

If you don't already have access to one, see if you can beg/borrow/purchase an external DVD drive. That would probably be the easiest way to get Tiger on your Mac. Failing that, look into getting Tiger on CD - that's what I did as my DVD drive has yet to arrive from OWC.
