iErase BL 3.9 Bandband on ZiPhone 2.3GUI?

Hi Guys

What does this mean? does it mean it will put the baseband back to 04.02.13_G

Also when i use ZiPhone 2.4 it downloaded my bootlader automaticaly from 4.6 to 3.9, is there anyway of putting this back up, or wont this really matter?
