I think you need to make sure that window has a decent lock/your bits are at least Kensingtoned down.
Oh, and paranoid safety tip aside - Sweet! (I'm assuming the 2 rigs are both used by the 1 chair, and it isn't for 2 people).

That is VERY VERY nice! I would advise on some blinds to keep the nasty thiefs out though (it looks sunny where you are, is it summer?).

How do you put the pics on (sorry might sound daft but I have never posted a pic) & I will show you mine! (to show cable tidy obviously!!):D

Yes both rigs are min i love having both and i use the imac when i am using compressor over the network so i have 10 processors it is insanely fast.
The window is in the backyard and i have 2 american staffies so i dont think anybody is going to come inside laugh.

Ikea sells a cable collector "basket" that bolts on underneath the desk. it's a pretty universal item — you could make it work for any desk (that isn't glass). It's from their Galant series and it's great. You can throw a power-strip in there, and you'll only have wire leaving the basket... the rest exit out the side into your Mac.
