ZiPhone Restore-Jailbrake-First time

I might jailbrake my phone using ziphone.
I have some questions:
-Where can I get apps if I do?
And by restoring the iphone,does that mean if apple updates the sdk, then I can update my phone? even If i cannot jailbrake?
So basically, restoring will restore the phone to its original settings?completely?

After you jailbreak, you get a new icon on your iPhone called 'installer', if you go into the installer app, there will be a long list of categorised 3rd party applications for you to install and enjoy!
