Recently I was having problems with my iMac G5. It wouldn't start up, so I used my boot disk to run Disk Repair and Disk Permissions. I also tried reinstalling OS X, but it didn't work. Now when I restart my computer, it takes me to the login screen where it asks for my username and password. At this point my mouse and keyboard stop responding (btw they are wireless). I can still press shift to take myself to the startup disk screen, and use the mouse and keyboard there, but I can't seem to login to my computer. I've tried the hardware tests as well, and I'm kinda stuck. Any help you peeps could offer would be awesome.

P.S: I've been meaning to try USB mouse and keyboard, but haven't had access to either yet.
