Has the Updated Version of Google Maps Been Added to Installer.app?

I have 1.1.2 firmware, and I'd like to get that new version of Google Maps (the one that can tell where you are). Do I have to upgrade to 1.1.3 and buy it? It's the only iPhone app I don't have.

i'm pretty sure the only way it can be done without 1.1.3 is with Navizon
