restoring original dock icons?

is there any simple way to restore the dock icons to their original icon? i played around with them and changed them and now i'm sick of them and want the originals back, the trouble is, i don't have the originals, or at least i don't know where to find them.

easy way to do this? or at least are they still somewhere on my computer?
 
Select the application you want to revert, press cmd+I and in the window that pops up select the icon at the top and press backspace. The original icon should now appear.
