Frame rates in Mac OS X?

Hey,

So, I've been messing around with my new MP and getting some good frame rates on PC games . . . and I'm curious about the Mac games.

What software do people use to determine fps on Mac games (like Quake 4)?

Use games' commands to display FPS.

They vary from game-to-game (different game engines)

Ditto. I generally use the game's console or an option in the game to get FPS.
