Problem with Jailbreak

so i did the jailbreak on my itouch i downgraded to 1.1.1 but i have no oktoprep app and i dont no why so i am not able to upgrade firmware. Also when i added the applerepo source the iphone apps never came up in my list either. Can somebody help.
