light on my screen

on my Macbook pro i'm getting a small light on my screen, the best way i could describe it was similar to a reflection but it is peemanently there

i am unsure what this is, it might be a pixel pop but it seems to have a glow around it :S

if you could help id be much happier!

Maybe it is a backlight issue? No matter what, it doesn't sound like anything you can take care of yourself. I would second the suggestion to get it to the Applestore - especially if you have Applecare, or it is still under warranty.

Even if you are out of warranty, I woudl take it in to have them take a look at it from the Genius Bar, and hopefully they can tell you what is up...
