Hello all! I'm trying to put some video tutorials on my website for a friend and need your help. Im on very low budget ($0), I've been using "Jing" to record my screen, but it only records to .swf. Does anyone know of a program that can allow me to convert that to flv or a program that allows me to play swf onto my website?😕

.swf should just play in browsers providing they have flash i believe

that should help you as to how to insert it, obviously just change the embeded src.

thats a really simple code you could use

just change the things accordingly
