Wii + Linux Update

Anyone see the story on digg about GamecubeLinux running natively in Wii-mode? http://www.gc-linux.org/wiki/Main_Page

I'm curious as to whether anyone else here has tried it. Maybe a good opportunity for Mass Storage support and Media playback abilities? If so I'm ripping out my 320GB HDD from my XBOX and putting it in a USB enclosure and hooking it to the Wii ;-)

Yesssssss. Only unfortunate that it still has to run off of the USB Gecko. Once they get the Twilight Hack bootloader to use the standard SD card we'll be in for a ride- being able to hack a Wii with no hardware OR firmware modifications and spending no money will be amazing.
