1.1.4 How do I manually update?

I have 1.1.3 but I am at work. I downloaded the restore file but I do not know how to manually update or restore to the file?

I am on mac. I have the latest itunes.

...save yourself the hassle and wait until you get home - the update doesn't seem to have any new features.
