So am I the only one loving this game besides Sikkinixx? seems like the reviewers are giving it just amount of love I'm giving it.

I've had the game a week now(HA HA SK!:D) and right now I'm stuck at saving the lady of the tribe but the game is really addictive. There is so many ways to customize the patapon and all sorts of stuff...its really good.

The game isn't really straight forward so If anyone needs help in a certain areas I'm happy to help.

LocoRoco was a blast. I can't stand the sounds in patapon though!

My bf is off buying a copy now. He played the demo and loved it. I'll have to pass on this one.

LOL...MRU have you started to mix the patapons with different stones and meat yet....the mixtures are really interesting and every-time you defeat a boss your army strength grows....opps sorry sikkinixx;)

I really love the mini games except the one that involves the mountain toe jamming(get it)

Swinging by Gamestop on my way home to pick this up. I'll probably get all of 5 minutes with the game before my son gives me those damn sad puppy eyes and I hand over my PSP.:( Damn, he's got me soooo wrapped:p

Might have to let him keep my ol' Phatty and get me one of those sexy new metallic red Kratosified PSPs when they come out this summer.


EDIT: OK, picked this up [along with the demo disk that has the exclusive weapon, since I hadn't downloaded the demo] last night. The Gamestop I went to said they'd only brought in one copy:confused:, so I guess I was fortunate they still had it. My son played for about 40 minutes before I put his butt to bed. Then I got my turn. Like Locoroco, this is a great quirky title on the surface, but it is clear that there is some depth there to be enjoyed. I strongly suggest this title if you have a PSP.

Yeah.. it's something different for the psp or any console for a change. Encourage originality in the industry and buy it :D

I've told a few folks at work with PSPs to go buy this game. For $20 it's an absolute steal. I'd have paid a full $40 for it without blinking.
This game gives me the same feeling I got when playing Locoroco or PaRappa for the first time. Kinda childlike graphically and musically, but sooo much fun. Love it love it love it.

No one seems to have heard of Patapon. If we don't support games like this, we might as well go ahead and pre-order Dynasty Warriors 14 or the next Madden/FIFA title, as that's all the choice we'll end up with.

Its PaRappa the rappa meets a RTS game with a lot of customization going on in the mix..its really fun and the music is cool.

So I've passed the saving of the tribe woman and now I'm on to fighting this big army....I now got two warriors that plays the horn(very powerful) and the game is still fun.

I had to look up PaRappa the rappa. I've never played it, but I recall the commercials. The game looks fun, just weird. :)

I'm bad at this :D. I have done around 10 levels and just got almost all my Patapons eaten by a big dragon. What's an easy way to get more tree+stone?

^The mini games(the tree dance..bobo bo bobo!!) will get you more stuff...don't be scared to redo the hunting boards....over and over and over.

Just go with the flow...you'll get it.....once you get the retreat dance.
