how to remove custom name.

hey guys, i jailbroke my ipod a few months back and use the app to change the name of the ipod, i since went back to non-jailbreak state, however the name is still there. i have restored and still now help. anyone know how to do this? thanks

You need to be more clear.

Do you mean that you changed "iPod" in the top left corner to something different? If so, then have a read of this: http://www.tuaw.com/2008/01/10/tuaw-responds-ecamm-to-the-rescue/

The software only runs on a mac though.
