I got my new MBP today with multi touch and 2.4ghz core duo.

I thought the screen on the new 15 inches are led, the box says 15inch tft.

Is TFT the same as lcd?? Also if it says tft and its the new range of mbp will it def have led backlighting ?

(by the way can those with current MBP update to multi touch?)

Hehe. Yeah, it's LED backlit - TFT is just a type of LCD.
