Its the 16gb thicker then the 8gb and the 32gb thicker then the 8/16gb? like the 80= 10.5mm/160= 13.5 gb iPod Classic????

They are all the same size, as they use flash memory and not really small disk drives.

Just check the specs at Apple's web site - like I did.

All models have the same thickness.

I am 99.99999% sure that they are all the same size (if there is a difference, I couldn't see it with my eyes)
