Apple tv doeant reflect changes made in itunes library?

I changed the artwork of some movies, but apple tv is still displaying the "old" artwork...

I re-paired it with itunes, etc...still no change?

no, I am streaming my content to apple TV... no sync..

Even when you are streaming, the AppleTV seems to want to "sync" data to reflect the changes that appear in iTunes. I have noticed this when I add content to iTunes and/or change tags, artwork, etc. I have iTunes to "Custom Sync" my Movies and TV shows and stream the playback on AppleTV, but this seems to create the situation I've described, that is, a need to hit the "sync" button on iTunes to update the data that Apple TV reports.

I tried that...no change. still showing the "old artwork"
I dont understand why! I clicked "delete" and "add" new artwork. So, in theory, old artwork shouldn't even be there anymore....

can anyone do the same please...change the artwork in itunes and see if it shows the updated artwork in :apple:Tv?

Is the new artwork showing up in iTunes? If it is, reset the Apple TV and see if the new artwork shows up.

Open the artwork panel in iTunes and make sure the old artwork got deleted.

Another good option is to use MetaX on the file. It does a good job of deleting old artwork before putting the new artwork in there.
