Anyone here into making their own beer? If so, I need some advice on getting into it.
Any good books?
Also what all should I look for to get started?
What is a good kind to try to make with my first attempts?

no - it's perfectly legal - since 1978. you can't sell it, though.

I saw this home brewing kit in CVS the other day. I believe its called Mr. Beer (http://www.mrbeer.com).

I'm sure because its so commercial it can't be very good. There are plenty reviews that come up on google.
