And if so, on the non-leap years, do you usually celebrate your birthday on the 28th of February or the 1st of March? Or not celebrate it at all? Or do you count every four years as one? :)

Just curious...

I've known 2 people who were born on the 29th. One usually celebrated on the 28th and the other on the 1st March. But both had big celebrations on the 29th.

I was at school with a guy that was. He always chose the 28th on non-leap years unless the 1st March was a Saturday :)

The 18th century opera composer Gioachino Rossini was born on Feb. 29, 1792). I didn't know him, but I am very familiar with his music!

My oldest sister's birthday is today. She is officially 9!!!

I find it fun to tell people my oldest sister is younger than my youngest sister. Always get odd looks with that one.
