Blackbook Refurbs sold out?!

Refurb iPod Shuffles sold out over the past weekend when the dropped to $39 with free shipping. Refurbished Apple hardware is a great deal with the new hardware isn't a dramatic leap over the older ones.
I just checked the US site and they're gone!
When will we see more show up?
Personally, I'd rather buy directly from Apple, but in the event they are sold out of refurb Blackbooks, bestbuy.com has the old 2.2ghz Blackbooks for $1,199.
