Weird Finder problem

Hello,

I'm having a bit of a weird finder problem. My finder window and everything in it (open apps windows, menu bar etc.)
is moving when i move my mouse! It also looks like the screen is a bit hazy. Restarting and disk util do not help. When i log into other accounts everything is fine. I'm running 10.4.11 and evrything thing was fine till this moving started happening.

Thanks in advance for any help.
 
It sounds like you have Zoom enabled. Have a look in System Preferences, at the Universal Access pane, and see if you can turn it off. 🙂
