i have a 12gb winxp image on my mini, i want to copy it over to my macbook. does anyone here know the best way to move it over? i tried to copy a few things over using bluetooth and it's pretty slow, a 12 gb image would take forever.

i was thinking maybe i could compress the vmware image, burn it on dvd and use that to move it over, but i doubt there's a way to compress a 12gb image to fit on a 4.7gb disc. (??)

if anyone has any suggestions, id really appreciate it. thanks so much!!

I have no idea if it's possible to compress the file that much, but do you have any USB/Firewire cables around or that you could borrow? They would be much faster than using bluetooth.

my mistake, i cancelled the creation of the image because i right clicked on the vm file and found out it was only 3.95gb, so i can burn it to disc :)
