Youtube and Yahoo not workin on 1.1.4

I use jailbreakme on my new phone for the first time and updated to 1.1.4and now my youtube and yahoo mail don't work. Is anyone else having this problem? Please help.

jailbreakme.com should have no effect on 1.1.4! however it can leave files which can cause problems with some other functions when you UPDATE.

You must have jailbreaked some other way on 1.1.4?

The only methods are ZiPhone or Independence.

I suggest you search on installer for youtube activation and try that and if that fails then restore and jailbreak again.

Yahoo mail has nothing to do with the jailbreak that is simply down to a wrong password or setting somewhere. If however nothing works to fix BOTH of the issues then.

RESTORE to 1.1.4 and DO NOT use your back up but set up the iPhone as a new phone then jailbreak again and it will definately fix the problems.

im new at this and all i did was download this link below

and it did everything by it self.
how would i do a restore as a new phone?
would i have to use itunes?
if i do that would i lose all my contact informations?

ok i restore my phone and . i got eveything to work ( so yes it's jailbreakme stopping my phone from receiving my yahoo emails and not letting youtube connect. The bad ews for me is that when i restore my phone i lost all my contact information about 175#'s noe that s*cks i also unlock my phone once again and youtube and yahoo mail stop working again. I hope someone find a fix for this because i need to get my yahoo mail. thanks

whats the problem? what happens when you try and run them?

also, all the numbers should have synced back to the address book

i get a not connected to server message on youtube
and i get a invalid password on yahoo mail?

I though all my contact would be in my syn address book also but it's not there. any ideas why?
