Remember when...is it still available?

Hey guys. Remember when Apple gave those free fans to people with the loud powermac g4s. Is that deal still available or is it terminated? I first thought I could bear with the sound but its almost a year and i can't stand it now!

Provided the Powermac G4's dont use a proprietary fan/power connector, you should be able to buy an ordinary pc case fan and toss it in. I recommend the Vantec Stealth series...quietest fans outside of a Powermac G5...... Just make sure you check the dimensions before ordering (80mmx80mm or 120mmx120mm)

Dont forget to check the CFM ratings on the fans you do have now, im guessing it's a MDD?
I did the Papst 12cm, and Evercool (heat sink) fan replacement in my QS and it has helped alot. Except that the power connections aren't quite the same, the papst uses a 4-pin vs oem 2-pin, same with the evercool.
