Problem after update

I'm running Mac OS X 10.4.11

I just installed a few updates and restarted my computer. Now when I move my cursor, my desktop and windows float around.

Anyone know what gives?
 
Sounds like you've got Zoom on. Press Ctrl and turn the wheel on your mouse until it zooms out. Or press Command-Option-(minus)

That was it. I don't know how it got turned on, but thank you for helping me recognize the problem!
