What is that utility to remove unneeded binaries from programs?

Something about removing unneeded files or code from programs to free up hard drive space. What was that utility and where do I find it? Running out of HD space here.
 
I'd avoid removing binaries but feel free to remove some of the non-English languages. Some people run into troubles when using these programs.
 
Is there anything that makes Xslimmer better than Trimmit? It appears Trimmit is free, while Xslimmer is not...
